Privacy Notice
Silver Arc Partners LLC is responsible for the information collected through silverarcpartners.com. This notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you. It was last updated in October 2026.
If you submit a request form on this site, you may choose to provide your name, work email address, company, phone number and job role. We use this to send you the requested information and, where appropriate, stay in contact with you about our business.
We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites, and this site is configured to operate without cookies that require your consent. Some of the services we use may store a temporary identifier in your browser to distinguish one visit from another. If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes, we will update this notice and the date above and, where applicable law requires it, ask for your consent first.
We do not sell, rent or trade this information, and we do not use it for advertising. Information is handled on our behalf by our hosting, website measurement, visitor-identification, form and email providers. We do not disclose it to others except where required by law or legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights or security. Some of these providers process information in the United States under the data protection terms of our agreements with them.
Our hosting provider processes technical data, including IP addresses and information about your browser and device, in the course of serving and securing the site. Our website measurement tool records which pages were viewed, the site that referred you, and your country, browser and device type.
We use a business visitor-identification service to understand which organizations take an interest in our business. It uses technical information, including IP addresses, to determine the organization associated with a visit, and may record the pages viewed, the referring site and time spent on them. The service is designed to identify organizations rather than individuals, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors or to serve advertising. Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to a visitor, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding which organizations take an interest in our business. The service is configured to shorten IP addresses before they are stored, so the stored information cannot identify an individual visitor. If your organization would prefer we did not identify it in this way, it can write to us at the address below.
We keep the information you submit for as long as it is reasonably useful for our business purposes, including staying in contact with you about our business. We may retain information about past contacts and inquiries where we have an ongoing business reason to do so, subject to applicable law. Separately, copies of our email correspondence are held in a compliance archive for ten years, in a form that cannot be altered or removed.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to us at info@silverarcpartners.com and we will act on the request across applicable systems. Some information may need to be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business reason to do so, including copies held in the compliance archive described above. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your information, including the right to restrict how we use it or to receive it in a portable form, and you may have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this notice and the date above.
